You may cancel your subscription at any time from the company administration panel in the service. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period.
We offer a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your initial subscription (in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act). After this period, refunds are generally not provided for already invoiced periods.
New customers may receive access to a free trial period. You will not be charged until the trial period ends and you actively choose to continue with a paid subscription.
You may downgrade to a less expensive plan at any time. The change takes effect at the start of the next billing period.
